BUCKS COUNTY
Bucks County Country Club, Warwick Township. Resales, 2 newer single homes, priced in the low $600's. There is also a 2 story home located along the course currently being offered under $500,000.
Bensalem Country Club Bensalem Township. New Construction. There are currently several NEW singles, 4 bedroom colonials, now available to build at the Fairways at Bensalem. These new homes are priced in the higher $400's.
Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek, Warwick Township. New construction, Estate homes starting in the upper $500's. They do have one quick delivery home, backing up to the course, priced in the mid 800's. Call me for more specific information. The Fairways Warrington, Bucks County. There is a 2 bedroom condo for sale, $249,900, and a single listed in the mid $400's.
Note: in Northern Bucks County there is a home listed on old golf course grounds, approximately 10 acres of privacy, looks like a beauty, just under $1 million.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Manufacturers Golf and Country Club Upper Dublin Township. There is a beauty now available, listed in the high $800's. There is also an older single in a wonderful neighborhood with views of the course, priced in the mid $300's.
Talamore, located in Horsham Township, includes townhomes and singles. Currently there are 2 townhomes available, starting in the mid $400's, and 2 single homes, prices starting in the higher $500's.
Pinecrest Montgomery Township. There are 2 townhomes available, starting at $329,900, and three singles available, all three priced in the $500,000's.
Blue Bell Country Club is currently offering 3 luxury townhomes for sale starting in the mid $300's and 2 single homes, high $500's, and the mid $600's.
New construction is available at Lederach Golf Club, Lower Salford Township. These beauties start in the mid $500's for appx. 2500 sq. ft, minutes from the PA turnpike and most of the lots back up to the course. There are also a few estate home resales available starting in the high $600's. Better than new, no waiting! Great for relo buyers!
Rivercrest Springford Township. There are several resale carriage homes, starting at $395,000 going up to end unit townhomes priced in the low to mid $500's, and several single, estate resale homes, starting in the low $600's. This community includes a pool, exercise facility and club house.
The Links at Ravens Claw, Limerick and Lower Pottsgrove townships. There is a beauty now for sale, a better than new resale with tons of upgrades, backs up to the course, ready for quick occupancy, priced under $500,000.
Springford schools. 2 brand new, quick delivery, 4 bedroom homes are available in this section of Raven's Claw, priced from $400,000. Other lots and floor plans are available.
The Greens at Raven's Claw, Pottstown, new construction, priced from the low $300's.
