I know the school districts. I have knowledge of the best schools in the area - from pre-school to college, public and private. Whether you are relocating, or this area is already your home, I will help you find the perfect fit. 

I have lived in this area for the past 20 years. It is a wonderful place to live. You are within a 3 hour drive of 25% of the US population, including New York, Washington, Baltimore and, of course, Philadelphia. Why is this important, you ask? You can be skiing, at the beach, in the mountains, or in a major metropolitan area for dinner and a show, all in less than 2 hours!  

You may have guessed this by now, I am a golf enthusiast! If you are looking for a golf course community in which to live, and we have several in this area, I can help you. As an avid golfer always looking for a new course to play, I can also tell you, from personal experience, about playing some of the courses.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS
In my spare time, one of the things I like to do, is community service projects like the one pictured here. Last year, I, along with several other local business owners, held our first annual Cheers for Children fundraising event. Our event raised over $40,000 for St. Mary's Villas for Children and Families, which is located in Ambler, PA. 

St. Mary's operates as a fully accredited and licensed residential treatment facility for boys and girls ranging in age from 6-18 years. Children are placed here because they have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.  

Each year St. Mary's must raise a significant portion of their operational monies through private, charitable dollars. Special events held throughout the year, like our Cheers for Children night, help to generate the monies needed to care for the 87 children in residence at St. Mary's Villa. 

Meet Tim Connelly, REALTOR 

Tim came to the real estate industry after 25 years of customer service as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Company, where he serviced the needs of stock and options traders on three different stock exchanges.  

Tim's career change has allowed him to service the needs of home buyers and sellers with the goal of providing the same excellent customer service that his past clients at the stock exchanges came to expect of him. After all, when you hire a real estate agent, you want them to take care of all the details, so you don't have to.

Besides real estate, as a former, nationally ranked gymnast, Tim enjoys staying fit. He enjoys a nice relaxing run through the neighborhood or giving the weight machines a workout at the health club.  

Tim also loves to give back to the community by sharing his time and energy. Last fall he retired from coaching boys soccer in the Upper Dublin Soccer Club after 9 years of coaching.  

In between appointments, when the weather is fine, you will most surely find Tim at the golf course working on his game; his newest passion.
