My credentials are substantial. I am a graduate of Temple University with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics and Finance. I earned my Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license in 1980, upgrading to an Associate Broker's license in 1996.
In 2003, I was honored by being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. That is an award reserved for only the elite agents. It exemplifies extraordinary professional achievement along with dedication and loyalty to the industry.
In 2004, I was awarded the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award. The recipient of this award is recognized as being one of the top real estate professionals in the industry, in the top 1% of all agents in the USA, to be exact!
I believe that learning is an important part of life and have continued my real estate education to achieve several valuable designations:
- ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) - I am certified as a buyer specialist.
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - I am certified as a listing specialist.
- GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) - I have an excellent over-all knowledge of real estate.
I have also taken many other real estate courses to stay on top of the profession. These courses include Real Estate Appraising, Brokerage & Office Management, Finance, Investment, and Construction Estimating.
